Pastor Cory received his call to preach at the age of 20. He began to preach shortly after and God quickly opened doors. He went to POATC (an internship in Alexandria, La under the leadership of Pastor Anthony Mangun) in 2007. On his arrival home that November, Cory stepped into the student pastor role here at JNCC. He served as student pastor for 3 years. The Lord began to open doors and Cory began to evangelize the country on a consistent basis.  During his time evangelizing, he met his beautiful wife, Amelia. Cory and Amelia married in 2011 and in 2013 stepped into Associate Pastor role here at JNCC. 

Amelia was born and raised in South Bend, IN. She moved to St. Louis to attend college. During that time she received her Associates Degree in Theology and General Studies from Gateway Bible College.  Amelia works in many aspects of the church and has a strong passion for souls. She is developing and raising three beautiful children Brantley, Rymington, and Lexington. 

In October of 2018, Cory and Amelia will assume their new role as Senior Pastors of JNCC per election of a unanimous vote. They both have a vision to see Jesus Name Community Church to continue to grow and reach the lost.
