Mission Statement:
Prayer is a vital power source…Nothing is done without prayer! Our mission is to help deepen, focus, and unite the prayers of the congregation. It is our lifeline and strength. It is the reason such awesome and wonderful blessings come to us and to all who come to be a part of our service. We truly believe in the power of prayer to change our communities and individual lives that need the touch of God. Prayer will expand our capacity for powerful end time revival.
At Jesus Name Community Church, Prayer is a priority. We have a strong foundation of prayer we are building on.
We have weekly Prayer Meetings with Sign-In Prayer on Tuesday Nights at 6:00 p.m.. The youth also have prayer in the JAVA Room at this time. There is also pre-service prayer 30 minutes before each service.
A Prayer Hotline has been established for emergency needs. When an emergency arises, and a call comes in, these people on the Hotline go to prayer immediately for the need. God has worked miracles, and we have seen Him intervene many, many times when there seemed to be no hope.
There are quarterly prayer chains or prayer revivals.
The church has an annual Fast each January. This consists of people signing up for one, three, five, and seven day fast times.
